May be a blessing in disguise with no PE squared for FAR - poison pill and all that ( they'd want something for the cash up front, and some insurance for likely, later events) that might otherwise put FAR out of play
May very well lead to a cleaner path for potential TO or funding to production to FAR, so wouldn't be all bad.
I'd expect CNE looking mighty prosperous on a FV calc from a whales perspective too.
