If rumours turn into fact, I'm sure they will at that stage pass it on to their legals to assess the PE situation.. Until then they need to keep the eye on the ball and be ready when that time arrives.
As I say.. good luck with query .. but I doubt they have the answers in any event. The queries call for in-depth legal assessment only when the situation presents itself.. outside of that it's a waste of time and money...... just IMO .

Hi Hot,

I'm expecting a simple answer if any.
FAR and WPL or Just FAR currently can PE any sale by CNE. Possibly a comment that they hope to get a determination on their current arbitration with COP before this scenario presents itself.

Anything extra is a bonus.
