Wouldnt Cairn sell 30% after SNE DOC and FID and FAR arbitration to maximise value?
They could retain the exploration targets further north and sell SNE which is development ready and fully appraised? The north has good leads but is unexplored.
So much uncertainty on JV structure, I would be surprised if a bid came in just yet with exploration leads and value left on the table in a rising POO environment.
