From 10/4/2015 Notice of meeting etc etc:
"Each option vests on the announcement to the effect of potential economic viability of a future development project by the Senegal joint venture Operator before the 1 June 2018 when the options lapse"
In my opinion this has not yet happened but by adding "potential" into the vesting equation (and that was discussed on HC at the time) I guess it could be taken to mean almost anything. They would have until 1 June 2018 any way.
What Cairn have said is not of course a formal declaration of commerciality just one step on the journey. Just another unqualified opinion of course - over to shadow1 (best to respond shadow as aqua states he now has me on ignore and won't be able to see the above information
