For crying out loud all Simon Thomson is saying is that the SNE2 can deliver commercial flow rates not that the project as a whole is declared commercial. Perhaps that word might also be taken to include other characteristics such as pressure drop off or whatever the geos call it, but clutching at straws to suggest this might be anything other than a single step towards an actual project commerciality announcement.
