Answer lies in the phrase "currently committed drilling", and that's just the three well program. Not to panic though, original budget was $130m for the same so it sounds like not much has actually fallen due yet... but I don't really understand how they account these things or when drilling bills normally may be expected to fall due - you might be able to help there.
