Hi LTA,
I haven't had a close look at the numbers that had been bandied around but what I've gathered from some of the posts on here, it appears that CNE intend to spends quite a bit more dollars on its Senegal operations... if that is true, then it would think that they are in fact pencilling in the additional 3 wells. Not sure.
Interested to know how you get to your conclusion.
