Unfortunately Davey you can't just conjure up a TO they are either made or there not and I'm certainly not expecting one and at this stage in proceedings not wanting one.
We will start to hear a lot more about funding our way forward when we have reserves and a certainty of the field going to production and with Reg on board we have someone who knows a lot about what is required to take something from nothing to something of high value regardless of the obstacles....
