PE (set cost ) to FAR, but as far as market cap goes, investors hate litigation clouds hanging over and flick through to the next option without truely looking into FARs potential. I'm sure by hanging and topping up when opportunities present and clouds lift the sun will shine. Buyers don't look through vendors eyes. I'm in till the fat lady sings.
