WPL appear to have PE rights over CNE's sale to Lukoil.
So no need for WPL to go overbidding, better to just wait for a sale.
The sale price is for Cairns 40% for $300m + $100m potentially in the future. Whichis cheaper than what WPL paid years ago for 35%...
