I wonder if LukOil was FAR's potential buyer if they won PE. If they won PE they would have been paying in excess of US$460M for a 35% stake. Cairn have sold their 40% stake for US$300 to US$400M.
Question: If WPL don't PE this Purchase can Luke Oil and FAR get joint finance for their combined 55% joint Venture interest?
