FAR – Cairn a JV partner in Sangomar has announced the sale of its 40% share in the JV for US$300mn, CY20 capital spend return and US$100mn in milestones. See-through valuation for FAR (excl milestones, but incl cash) is $0.029ps vs last traded at $0.012ps.
