Below is an email I received from Ian stating they are waiting for Govt clarification. It seemed important at the time he wrote it.
"FAR has tried to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards its JV partners and more importantly to the Government of Senegal.
Once the position of the Government is clarified on the matter of its approval or otherwise of the proposed COP/WPL transaction things will be much clearer.
We expect clarification shortly and we will advise the ASX accordingly.
