Congratulations "everyone" we should be celebrating, this is a very exciting time for Far holders and Senegal. As I understand this is the first oil discovery offshore Senegal.
Where others failed before we were able to succeed due to technology of today.
You cant compare Carine Energy share price to FAR , We have a Market cap of 250mill Approx
if the discovery is as big as they say and if it were proved up to be 400 million Brrls our valuation for far's % oil in the ground is $750,000,000. divide that by number of shares gives you an approx valuation of what the share price should be. If the price does not move with confirmed figures , I for one would be looking at topping up.
Based on the report today 15cents would be cheap and I think Farjoy would also be looking at getting more.
