Qtly Dec is supposed to reflect all activities up to Dec 31st. PC said that the Senegal purchase was to be finalised by year end 2016.
If they don't talk about it, then they're really saying "unlikely to be happening at all". If they say something about it, then they are in amicable meetings. Not so much between them and FAR, but more so COP and FAR.
CN has been in Senegal for a long time now it seems. I hope she's got a big brief case for all those contracts !
