It's good for them to reaffirm their commitment to Senegal. They didn't really tell us much we didn't already know (we already knew about the appraisal program) but it is good to know they are keen to get started this year which is great.
I agree with an earlier post, it would be great to get an idea of costings - I would be interested in YA's estimation.
