Guys, looked to me to be a very positive announcement in regards to Senegal for Far Oil.


Ian, you are correct.....

Far will probably drill new wells to use as the appraisal wells, and in my experience they would normally take anywhere from 60 - 90 days to complete each...

Thats presupposing that nothing goes wrong, no breakdowns, no issues with casing runs or lower completion/well test tubing.... ( pssst... its very rare not to have delays and overruns...lol...)

So if Cairns timeline is to be completed I would think middle of the year to kick thing off....

This being said, we have a lot of news coming our way very soon????

Results of Fan 1 , SNE 1 , appraisal program and timing, Kenya Farmout (part of a JV deal maybe?), etc, etc etc.... All before work can commence..... lets hope this equates to a rising share price starting in the morning...
