What do you suggest? Apart from lobbying the government with other DI companies, to limit the impact of the MYFEO changes and Medicare review, not sure what they can do. They are using the online booking system, which my GP uses and it is great - so much better than having to phone to set up appointments, but it does seem like fine tuning. I suppose they can look at copayment sand the like, but they clearly would prefer to bulk bill to get a competitive edge. Over time the impact of the regulatory changes will probably wane.
