From the presentation on 4/9:
"Capitol is in advanced stages of negotiating a collaboration and revenue sharing agreement with Enlitic...in China.
Agreement expected to be finalise shortly"
Likely the reason for the small move up and will hopefully continue.
A placement to the Chinese at a premium to extinguish some debt would make things interesting!
