Hey Aqua, great to hear your back, not good with the Flu though - keep warm and try some echinacea tablets, i find that the 5000mg ones work wonders.
Also good to see JP keeping a look in from time to time, hasnt been a huge amount worth commenting on here, some of it has been quite unpleasant.
Anyway, get better we need some of your positive thoughts and posts.
