Agree bogswell that this is unlikeley to reach trial,as clearly calcifer yet again do not have the cash to pay there last bunch of lawyers.With weeks to go until the trial date their last lawyers would have asked for some dollars off calcifer to prepare for court,and low and behold calcifer cant pony up the dough!There can be no doubt now that mantle is in the box seat.mnm could be extracting coal seem gas from mt mulligan very soon!yep im excited!!!
