Lets hope not.

Not sure what to make of it really.

Would love to be a fly on the wall.

Either (A) The existing lawyers have given them the bad news that they are fighting an uphill battle and need cash to continue knowing they aren't going to get paid. Calcifier then sack them.( my hope )

Or (B) Their Lawyers weren't upto the task and they have found new lawyers that believe they have a sporting chance and have found some case law to argue the case and win against the odds.

Yep, that's about it. No idea of course but hope it's A.
