From a pure speculation point of view - We have amongst our very top share holders a holder who appears from google searches to be a very well qualified legal person. This person first appeared as a top holder around the same time as Mt Mulligan went pear shape. Since then this holder has increased their holding 10 fold, even buying another 1 million plus between November 2011 and now. There is also another holder in top 20 with same last name, could be a relative. What does this very large holder like so much about Mantle and its future prospects?

Again, this is pure speculation, is IMO only, and may be mistaken identity. But I do love to speculate!
