If we're on the same page I believe Hard Man knows the person you are referring to and she previously advised HM that she was not the capper in question.
Still, good to hear she might be accumulating (how do you know this?)
An updated Top 20 would be nice, particularly since the last one we had (in the annual report) was from September and we've had a CR since then...
