MNM will have to inform the market this week if Calcifer turned up with new lawyers in the Qld Supreme Court yesterday to comply with their disclosure obligations.
I would be very surprised in Calcifer don't prolong the dispute - they are after a payoff to go away, and will need new lawyers to chase that result. The sooner we get a trial date the better.
Until then Calcifer can play their preferred brand of bluff poker with no real risk.
