    There was clearly an issue with costs, as we explored in this thread here.

    However, I have no idea why the tenements are still in Calcifer's name and I have no idea why they are taking so long to be granted given the case was sorted almost 18 months ago and given the ILUA was registered without objections more than 4 months ago.

    Slow going.
