ok, been a great learning opportunity for me. the good thing is that we can be ready to analyse the next SIR-hopeful quickly once we understand the terminology (for non geos).

i am looking for articles that explain ppm in relation to calcrete.. found some interesting articles. one lists the 'chemical composition of calcrete close to and away from ore zone' - for Cu the table listed 50 and 150 ppm for 'close to ore zone' and 2ppm for 'away from ore zone'.

the article is about 'blind massive sulphide deposit signatures in calrete' - massive suphides is what Nova is all about. PEX is after the same thing. the table is on page 16 for those interested:
