I think the most important thing to note at present is that we have an announcement:

-It was motivated by something/someone.
-It probably means that we will see more announcements.
-It suggests that the company are opening their books and accounting for past mistakes.
-It has been done promptly and there is no smoke.
-If the economics are shot, then why release the info?
-If they need further capex, then why the info? Cap in hand?

If we do see further evidence of transparency, I too am optimistic. I think there is a reasonable chance AIM will extend the resource, I am also inclined to agree that metallurigcal design improvements will increase Zn recovery (a regrind circuit will not impact hugely on the capex - if it is needed).

This is starting to smell a little bit more like the AIM I thought I was buying into 2 years ago (and I don't mean that funky curry flavour MF smeared all over those dodgy roadkill cuts). My biggest investment failing on this project was my research on the directors.

It might not be value at present and there might be better ops elsewhere; but I think it's on it's way now.
