ANZ, I am inclined to agree that T/O is not in the works though I think the farm-out has caused some of these things to transpire.
It will be very interesting to read the annoucement when it comes out and get a clear picture on what is going on. I find todays annoucement of the most interest. Why would this happen now - during farm-out negotiations? It is no coincidence & I bet that the current negotiations have called for this.
