Yes, an Interesting problem.
In the end I chose to take the proportionate contribution to total revenue of each entity that was specified in one of TAH's publications in support of the demerger.
Probably highly unprofessional, but if the taxman wishes to dispute this formula he doesn't have enough to do for the huge amount of our money that we pay him for his anti productive sector activities.
