Simply an extension of mathematics that if someone is prepared to pay160M to own 11% then the another 89% is worth 1,294M. It's not "my" intrinsic value.
What really is "intrinsic value" ... right nothing more than a fanciful way to express an "objective value" ... and I used the objective value of what 1 company actually is proposing to pay for 11% of this project. Nothing more & Nothing Less. Simply an alternate to Simply Wall St and their objective valuation using FCFE.
Got nothing to with Apple. Nvidia, Microsoft ....I could add plenty more to that list BTW
