This may be a dumb question but doesnt the 10% of MIS held by MMX provide an additional benefit to MMX shareholders as they are getting 10% of the premium MIS is getting.
And may be even a dumber question but what happens to these shares.
If merger goes ahead MMX itself gets MIS shares for its own holding which as a company I believe cannot hold shares in itself would need to be dealt with.
