Given that TRM have followed up posts by ainsleym and me with a relevant announcement the next day it seems they must be reading Hot Copper.
I note they have "clarified" how to calculate the issue price.....
1. changed from VWAP to average sale price?? Can't see why they would want to do that.
2. changed sales on the 5 trading days prior to and including the Closing Date of the Offer.... to the last 5 days on which sales were recorded - that's fair enough
3. changed from Closing Date of the Offer ... to 5 days before the day on which the issue was made. I don't understand that. Plain English PLEASE. The Closing date is 30th January. What date is "the day the issue was made"??
