    But what's the difference between "prior to and including the Closing Date of the Offer"
    and
    "the day after the closing date ... including and preceding 30 Jan (Closing Date)

    Answer - no difference

    They seem to enjoy mind games but it's the owners of their business they are confusing and frustrating.
