as per DIO's financials, EQUITY is as follows:
Issued Capital 116,467,859
Reserves 4,226,594
Accumulated Losses (33,204,372)
with 91,580,410 shares issued, and issued capital being $116,467,589....
$116,467,859 / 91,580,410 shares on issue = $1.27 DIO share
and that's just for shareholders to "on balance" break even on the takeover.
IMHO that's closer to where a takeover offer should be.... or why not just 1:1 DIO:AVO scrip? to make up for the fact it isn't a CASH offer.
definitely value in DIO yet to be unlocked.
pleased to read there is another potential offer to be made soon for DIO's assets.
