I do believe that RSG was dead set to sell their stake and they are selling it cheaply but for cash.

PDN has a great deal going and most likely will be a better fit for SMM, although the latter would have liked a consolidation of the Mt Isa Uranium assets.

RSG never was an ideal Uranium partner, I believe as their heart was set on Gold development and they wanted the cash badly.

PDN hit at the right time when the Qland assets were cheap due to selfish vested interests stopping mining.

However. I do foresee a change in this in my opinion untenable position and so would PDN.

The Uranium market is making headlines. Takeovers by foreigners and others will continue.
