Just reading through the find print on the Cap raised report.
With a cap raised 1 for 4 offer @ 10c. the actual calcutions for the dilution is 1.5c which will gives the sp from 16c to 14.5c (NOT 10c).
My analysis is the SP won't go below the 14.5c mark at close.
This is a very good call from Valad. instead of offer to McCabe at 10c as per the Aug 09 report.
