the large holders will be selling in to turn a quick dollar retain a core holding to pick up the entitlement,it doesnt matter to them they will create portfolio performance by spreading their cash into other stocks,one of my stocks i sold at the entitlement date but did not take it up betting hedges would push the price down,it was scary watching it plummet i bought the next day and have bought since at triple the price ,to trade the parcel.

so wether it goes up or down really depends on the calculated sentiment of large holders,and calculated it will be.

i wont buy vpg again because of lack of real asset backing its big income is from real estate value add churn at present thats pretty bleak which is reflected in the sp.
