However this not for release or publication so I`m not going to post it here but you can follow the above link to it.
It basically states that there has been a delay in process of all the necessities for GRAM, but they are committed to completing the acquisition and are actively engaged with Chinese regulators in the approval process. Caledon`s intention is to extend the Non-Solicitation Agreement in early January 2011.
So looks like as always the Chinese dragon is a bit slow, but very willing to finish the transaction and acquire CCD.
It will be a very interesting and prosperous year 2011 the year of rabbit for all of us ORD holders and believers. Bring it on there is a lot on the plate for ORD to come through this year. So HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011 ORDers...
