Sounds good except for the possible out at the bottom of the announcement:
" Haoma cautions that the key terms for a Proposed Transaction described above are non-binding. The
parties are subject to good faith obligations to negotiate binding agreements during the exclusivity
period, however there can be no certainty that any binding agreement will be entered into. "
My question is : Does this involve the mysterious Elazac Process that we have waited for for so long? or could Haoma just have been mining this all along?
Maybe someone with a contact relationship with Gary could give him a call?
I expect to be dead in a few short years and would like to know if anything is likely to happen before then.
