If the U.S. Congress had the guts they could always pass retrospective legislation to ask all those wall street pirates who got rich on their fancy financial deals to pay 90% of their income in back taxes. Problem solved!
But don't hold your breath, it will never happen!
Let the rest of the world pay instead!
