    I spoke to him on the phone today - and I reckon you'd have been given the guided tour if you'd phoned.

    Thanks for the input - it's holding well and there is still plenty of buying here - few drop outs - but time is hurting some short term traders who think they can do better on a fast boat!
    I expect to see your price by end of February.
