@stx600 - I might out on a tangent here, but I just realized a mistake in my previous posting, as the yield per acre is not kg - but pounds. Meaning yield per acre has declined from app. 2500 pounds/acre to app. 2000 pounds/acre, and with roughly 200 trees per acre (subject to density, but believe most orchards have very high density), that will give you a yield of 10 pounds per tree - less than 6 kg.
