Fantastic announcement today, 6 new contracts, that brings the total to 11 cities in California this month.
Can they sign anymore defore the dec 31 deadline. One day to go. There is still a few more that can sign up .
If they dont sign before Dec 31 I am pretty confident the RDF team will still get them signed ,it will just take a couple of months as they will have to modify contracts terms etc to meet the new law which comes into effect on Jan 1
2004 will be a great year for this stock as more and more investors understand what is happening in the USA. The market cap will go over 100M which will enable some smaller insto's to invest in the company. All in all 2004 is shaping as a great year
