    I am no chartist so I dont know if it is looking overbought short term. Fundamentally though it is very cheap

    My profit outlooks are

    2004 5M PE 17
    2005 13M PE 6.6
    2006 23M PE 3.7

    On my numbers very very cheap on a long term basis.
    As they will continue to announce more and more contracts I dont see much downside

    I hold lots of RDF
