yes they did get rid of "some" of the assets, however they have heaps as well.
Think of the costs in establishing what they have. they do have prospective areas. Known to have good resources.
IMHO this is "dirt cheap"
My 500,000 gtm was equal to 15000 cme. Do the sums, as to what discount is applied at the moment to CME.
Its not on many radars yet, but it could see 10c in a short amount of time.
Plus if they hit good stuff well it could go anywhere.
