Saguaro next door have drilled 104 middle and upper montney (and a few lower) wells
104 wells that considerably derisk ce1 land and wells
add that to the many petronas, blackswan, polarstar (both now tourmaline)

Saguaro are known as one of the best montney stories/performers and brag their liquids rich at 50 bbl/mmcf liquids
Tourmaline paid a$210m for half, when Saguaro were in some debt trouble in 2021

but next-door ce1 well might drop down to 100 bbl/mmcf condensate...and then add 20-25 bbl/mmcf ng liquids for ~125 bbl/mmcf liquids
these liquids rates are up there with the best in the montney, and certainly if held project wide

so more liquids and thicker pay on ce1 land

make no mistake, the condensate flow from ce1 well is a game changer...and would go close to doubling the project NPV if we can hold 100 condy
