Someone is itching to buy-up in large numbers without moving the share price too much (it appears the dumping of shares into a rising price is a deliberate effort to shake more shares loose, which are then bought up again).
They have been relatively successful in doing so for a couple of weeks now, but it seems the available shares are starting to run dry.
We may close over 9c today, or potentially later in the week.
Price action definitely behaving in an interesting manner.
