Well I believe it had to hit the 7.6c mark, I have been expecting it ever since the Divvy when it didn't fall the required 1.2c, kinda like filling the gap. That was my top up target IOT bring my average down to below the estimated sale price range (mid teens). Happy now, just need to sit and wait for the inevitable.
