Not always I have plenty of stocks I keep an eye on and haven't held for 10yrs then buy a few like ARV recently..I had a gap of several years with LRS
I don't look at CE1 at present as a BUY as something that isn't right is it
Share price mid 8's to record low 6's..
YTD down 51.5%!!!!
